Agreed, but also 1 extra gear and some more horses would be nice.

I recall rumours that another ferry company would be starting a new route next year but I can't for the life of me remember who they were or where they were planning to sail from/to.

I've got a Aldi bike jacket (£69) and have used it for the last 5 years and 21000 miles.
Still going strong.

Last year I went to Greece with the bike and caught the Ancona ferry to Igoumenitsa. I did wish afterwards though that I'd gone overland. Next time I go (daughter lives over there), I will definitely ride down via Slovenia,Croatia,Montenegro and Albania and come back via Bulgaria, Romania and Hungar...

I too got caught in a cloud burst a couple of days ago.
My 5yr old £59 Lidl jacket kept my top half bone dry. Same can't be said for my expensive Richa trousers, no more then 2 yrs old and they failed miserably.
