Re: Husky 701/KTM 690/ GasGas ES700 luggage and protection
AXP Bash Plate, 3D Moto case savers, Outback Motortek Crash bars First bike I've had crash bars on, and im reasonably pleased with them , fairly low profile thankfully (and were a 2nd hand bargain). Have a perun moto rear rack to go on - but not yet fitted as I've used the Rade Garage undersea stora...

Re: 2020 AJP PR7 650 Adventure
Hey Nige, it is North Yorkshire - not at the Rigg.. it's *mind has just gone blank*
Has a farm at the bottom, small steps, then a trail that goes up over the top and down the other side - was only there a couple of months ago getting chased by a dog off the lead!

Re: Husqvarna 701 luggage
Im sure most of my friends/riding colleagues with 690/701/700 have replaced the exhaust and also run a heat shield of some sort. I use the enduristan blizzard bags - they are good but the centre over the seat strap can work lose depending on the trails - usually happens over quicker trails with corr...

Re: What's your advice regarding tank bags on long trips
I really like the small enduristan tank bag for majority of the time - small enough to get multi tools, contact lens, spare tube and a few other bits. For longer trip - I used the big enduristan tank bag, and packed it out with flight case liner - cut to shape to hold DSLR and lenses. - now replaced...

Re: CCM450 VS AJP PR7
CCM is probably out for me, not many about - but those who do have them are enthusiastic about them (I know 3 owners in the North East). It's a shame they didn't continue the model. CRF - I suspect will be too reliable and not exciting enough - underpowered and under suspended coming from the PR7 69...

Re: CCM450 VS AJP PR7
Holy thread revival Batman!
A few years have gone by now, and after 2 years of having my PR7… I’m looking to replace it.
Currently between a CRF, a newer PR7 and a KTM690.. though the CCM is a bit of a wild card thought for me
