Re: TRF forum still offline
Not a member any more. Bloody hell! All the bull crap got too much...? I have to admit, I have not renewed either last Autumn, I am not trail riding to any great extent now, and although I have still got a huge respect for what the TRF has done since I first joined in (I think) 1983, but I have bec...

Re: Portugal, timing and route? ACT?
Braganca to santander is just 6 hours... Mostly motorway then scenic roads... But weather dependent and how long it takes to get off ferry.. Bloody motorways.... :o As I recall, the ferry kicks out around 1pm... I've been advised that I shouldn't count on making Braganca in one hit if running late ...

Re: Portugal, timing and route? ACT?
Well my recent research (back of a fag packet figures/distances, which is how i roll lol...) suggests that from Santander to Braganca (start of the ACT route) is about 300miles, (1 day) then ACT recommends 5 days to get to Tavira bottom of Portugal (roughly 150 miles per day! which seems fairly eas...

Re: Benelli TRK 502
Ha. Apologies for throwing a spanner in the works! Yes, the stock 310GS is a bit poor in my honest opinion, but the transformation with the RR kit is quite something. If you built it piecemeal you could get away with the suspension upgrade, risers, bars, sump guard, screen etc and that'd immediatel...

Re: Benelli TRK 502
Thanks for that Nathan, this all adds to assist the decision making process! ;) I will contact the Dealer you suggest, and see if they have a demo bike available later in the month. It's not a million miles away, and I will be down that way way in March so I can see what they say. The problem is, th...

Re: Benelli TRK 502

Not seen this report :-) Can I ask for any comment you might have got for the motor and the reports I have seen/read on some vibes issues at the top end ...
