I'm out on my Harley Davidson every weekend riding around the Yorkshire Dales. I wear the same HG jacket and trousers I used on my RTW ride. It may be worth asking the insurance company if they include repatriation to your home country rather than have to spend long periods in US Hospital if you were unlucky to have a off.
