done the iron butt rally in UK...1000miles in 24 hrs...close friend did it in 17hrs with his wife...I don't know the speeds...he's a far better riding God than me...go do the math!

Its a real shame this report has reached its conclusion; really well put together with an excellent set of factual narrative ;) , brilliant photographs and fantastic video footage...really well done & certainly inspiring.

OAS was of its time. It shouldn't be compared to modern day stuff- in the same way that early James Bond should not be compared to modern James Bond- beyond acknowledging a similar category.
