Re: "PHiss"-French mini meet-#### FULL ####

Cheers Guys

I made sure to buy a wing mirror that could swap sides so that's a job for when I'm in the tunnel.

I have the form, tyres are in the post, I'm almost organised.

Russ

Re: "PHiss"-French mini meet

Hi Jon

I use a Giant Loop Coyote on the DRZ which works pretty well, I strap a dry sack on top of that with my sleeping bag and tent.

I don't have a tenere, have been thinking about getting one, but when you're off road the lighter the bike the more fun I have

Re: "PHiss"-French mini meet-#### FULL ####

Hi Russ

S - I wouldnt mind an E but with no rear subframe it wouldnt take my luggage.

I did 130 miles to Ripley last year on the plank and the knobs, so if I can do that in the morning and gain in the afternoon I should be ok for a 2 day journey.

But a change of tyres and a gel pack might ...

Re: "PHiss"-French mini meet

Hi Phil

I was thinking along similar lines, I'm riding a DRZ 400 so cruise speed with AC10's on is around 60mph, much more and it all gets a bit wobbly

I was thinking of wild camping on the way, but I might bottle it and go municipal.

What are you riding?

Re: "PHiss"-French mini meet

Hi Phil, Russ

Could you put me down for this, or if you are over numbers then on a reserve list. I need something to look forward to during the long winter months...

Cheers
