To be honest most forums have died a death except the advrider American forum...most people off here have gone to facebook groups or just look in occasionally me included...yes I remember the good old days of small Abr meets and the Hiss in spain...but life has a habit of changing...hey even hippys ...

Yup it's too late the global wind currents have changed and then world weather is buggered...we are in for hot summer droughts and mild wet winters... It's hasn't started to effect world food production but it's slowly ramping up... So we better get used to changes because its changed for our genera...

FB_IMG_1708189242750.jpg You can't beat a simple Ram ball mount to handle bars with a Ram quickgrip xl to hold things nice and tight but have easy access when stopped .. The nicecnc stuff has flooded every type of forsale market..its okay and some custom norden stuff...on my xt660z above clocks bar...

You shouldn't of fitted rim tape as well...my bartit tubless conversion loses zero psi over each tyre change and been like that for 20k now...diy option does work but rim needs to be ultra clean and a special valve fitted then the lot sealed at correct temp...a puncture fix is then like any tubed ty...

After the 590/595 series and I think xt too all same software and way they worked although the xt had ability to do tracks better than the 595, wide track on screen.. The xt2 has a totally different system uses tread not basecamp..I've looked but don't like it...have you tried osmand on iPhone...its...

The 595lm is nearly the same as 590 and cheap too, I've got one as a main satnav for road.. You'll never get anything as easy to use as a garmin or tom tom..Android phones even with osmand mapping which is best basic offline their is...is pretty simple and shows all roads and offroad too...takes gpx...
