Cheers guys....fely better this morning stopped pucking the stairs both ways causes the wobbles but purely out if pig minded stubornness i wdnt on my exercise bike did normal 15mins and was fine dud a few press ups and bam flat out...so its the up and down thjng that buggers me up...sex is out then ...

Cheers Steve.T.... I've suffered from migraines since 12 have been on beta lockers since 25 and triptains for 8 years for worse attacks... All work for me most of time, I haven't had a real bad vomit session for 4 years now, stress is a big contributor in my case mainly self inflicted due to worryin...

Basically I've got 2 days to see how it pans out then if no better it's ent specialist.. Ear, nose, throat to do tests to confirm or deny.. If its confirmed then they as doctors and me as hgv licence holder have to inform dvla otherwise I've a 1000pound fine... The licence is suspended indefinitely ...

Yup bought a multimat expedition compact 38 new 3 weeks ago unused and it doesn't suit my needs so for sale.. Still in bag very compact but 3/4 length and as I sleep on my ba k stretched out the camping cot will be better... Say £25 and a £5 postage or collect from Southampton.. IMG_20191208_145155....

Good point Nigel most cars have rubber valves maybe the ones with gauges are metal.... All tyres over 50psi should have metal valve stems to avoid ruptures etc..

Hope it's better reliability long term compared to the garmin crap and lots of modern cars have problems with the factory fitted ones.. Vauxhall being worst... If my tyres went from 25 to 7psi I'd notice the ride and steering change for sure... You do like to try stuff Minky so I won't Diss you for ...
