Re: Little roads in the Peak District

Normally I woulda joined you, howeever there are 14 weestroms hitting the peak district trails on Sat 13th, camping, and I'm leading 1/2 of it.

So if you see a big line of knackered bikes, that'll be us

Re: best piece of kit you have & Use?

My mini compressor and worm tyre repair things. I'd have missed at least 3 good rides without them.

Why is it my tyres only get punctures when they are new anyway?

Oh, and Hiya Big Dave. I thought I might see you at the Ullapool ABR do, but I can't make it. My pal Gassoon is going , I told him to look out for you and NumptySpence.

Re: Weestroms somewhere in the Peak District.

That's a good question.

Started from M1 J28, went through Glapwell and turned right out across Ault Hucknall Way, then over past Ogston Reservoir, and then on to Brassington, the big track in the photo was somewhere after Brassington. It was really long, and would be good and slippy in the wet ...

Weestroms somewhere in the Peak District.

Awesome weather today for a ride, went for a 2 hour ride (myself and Longman from v-strom site) 2 hours somehow became 5 and a half.

Was a cracking day out, here's a nice photo of it....

Re: Big Bike Rough Road - meet and ride - Huddersfield./ Wakefield area

I'd be up for it, weestrom with Tourances. Be a fluke if there's a date that I'd manage (loads on) , but if possible, I fancy coming.

(put me down as a mibbe)
