Lovely bike Bob- love it but your trainers are the wrong colour, need some blue soles to complement that lovely bike ;)

When are you going to christen it on the Roman Road, Trecastle :D

Re: Never gonna buy a honda again

My ' budget' CB500X (Thai- built) is holding up well.

Built down to a budget <5k new and it shows in the handling etc, but thrown the RR stick at it and it is very much improved :)

Re: Beta Alp 200

I had one and loved it!

Take your time, don't thrash it on the commute and it will be fine; I used mine on Sarn Helen, Strata Florida etc and it was great- won't keep up with the KTM thoroughbreds but like a plodding old donkey it will get you there in the end. Miss mine :(

Re: RT to GS and Off Road Skills Course

An amazing course- by the end they'll have you doing things that you would never have believed you were capable of doing. The best bit was when they say " there are the bikes, now have a go on anything you like and don't worry about breaking anything"

Re: RT to GS and Off Road Skills Course

Expensive but brilliant , new bikes , top rate instructors , they give you so much confidence that you'll find yourself doing stuff you just wouldn't imagine being possible on a 1200 , try and stay in the pub, sorry Ive forgot its name , that the included evening meal is held at , Ive done level 1 ...

Almost Run-in, first service Monday and so far it has impressed me...... only one negative comment and its the fuel filler cap, not being flush will reduce the tank bag options but apart from that it's faultless 👍

Re: West Wales ABR Rally 2019 Itinerary

Excellent idea Darren-I’ll take the long ride for those that want it and let someone step in and lead me shorter ride

Re: West Wales ABR Rally 2019 Itinerary

I've had a suggestion that is that we forego the pub lunch and do a full day up to the Elan Valley, cuppa in Aberystwyth, lunch in the Elan Valley and back in time for the campsite events.

Thoughts?
