I think we're going down the night before and camping. Not been before so I've no idea whether there's any food available nearby and haven't had chance to look yet.

I've never used one and camped all over the world mountaineering and biking. It's just more weight and space, I only travel with a giant loop now when travelling so space is at a premium.

I'm also happy to be on the list. Based on the edge of the North York Moors about 6 miles south of Middlesbrough. My KTM (950 adv) has averaged 40.57mpg over 24,706 miles - that does include a fair chunk of off road now.
