I escaped Lock Down for a day. And made a day trip along Algarve coast. 0000.jpg As you can see, Google maps gives 2 hours for 73 km driving. So no need for high speed tourer. I post a link to a collection of pictures, if someone wants to look. https://www.flickr.com/gp/191636466@N04/94k75P /Erik Me...

Re: Modern bikes ??

Nothing beats the 4 cylinder machines from early 80-ies A GSX 1100 is total bullet proof. Update the charging system. Than you can run forever. The engine was used at drag racing with double power. Using standard bottom. No issue. What is goos is that they where sold in mass during those days. And y...

Adventure Bike

Why ?? Does a modern adventure bike have a seat hight so high that you need a ladder to climb onto it ? Have a rear end that puts the top box up in the air and put that weight very high ? Put the rider decimeters higher than the driver. Put the panniers above the wheel, instead of beside ? OK. Groun...

Zontes 310T

Has anyone tride out this bike for a longer period.
If so, please share your experiences.

Techical spec and short test rides shows a very good deal for the money.

But I assume it all comes down to build quality and maintainability.
