He has done four of my seats Paul, always does a cracking job.

As for the gel insert he would say depends on the person some like them some don't. I had one on the @ and loved it.

That does not explain the different dispatch dates we have been given or the lack of communication.
A UPS tracking number would be good so we could at least get in touch to see where they were, if they have been sent at all.
