I also fell foul of Klims poor customer service. I bought a pair of Klim torrent over trousers and the Velcro on my boots rubbed the inner lining away, they are still waterproof. I sent them to klim who flatly refused to repair or exchange saying they are not supposed to be worn directly over boots....

195kgs for a 500 and you class that as light? Nice problem to have being able to spend over 180days outside the UK, can't say I will be losing sleep over that. If that means people have to spend their hols in the UK and therefore spend their money here then that's brilliant for our economy. There are loads of great places to explore in the UK ...
