Does anyone know how to convert a gpx file into a itn file?

Not related in any shape or form, but I'd highly recommend this gear. Obviously I have it. Commute everyday, this is my winter kit. worn on a -7 and several sub zero days rides with only cold fingertips. It'll take a lot off heavy rain before it gives in, excellent mid budget kit and at this price.....
