Personally I really like Lyndon's video blogs as it gives an insight into what goes on behind the scene especially like episode 11 seeing what he does to his bike on a 'rest day'!! Goodness knows how he has the time to do all that, sleep ride and make a video, but then ?I guess he has to pay for it ...

Hi from Sunny Bradford! Just popped into Allen Jefferies the other day (as you do) and came out with a Christmas present to myself (GSA) so thought it hi time I signed up to ABR. .
