Re: R1200gsa clutch on an 2006

Hi I did this myself 12 months ago and with the help of the internet and a Haynes manual it went fine. This was not planned as I was only getting the bevel drive sorted. As long as the bike is not required quickly the I would do it yourself. Lots of help on ukgser and other forums. I got most of the...

Re: Leatherman repairs/guarantee

The cork was plugging a drain in an agricultural eater deposit. It had been painted over with aguastop and pool paint. This does raise a good (if off topic) point. I really need a new Leatherman as my PST is now too precious to deserves retirement. I often need a cork screw as well as pliers, do an...

Re: Ardnamurchan 2019

Need to get authorisation from SHMBO before saying yes, hopefully there will still be a space available when she does!!

I live in Derby, which route are people going to be taking...M6 is the easiest but very boring, but would rather travel up in a group

Re: Greetings with an R1150GS Adventure

I am in Hilton south derbyshire. I have a R1200gs and have fitted spots. I can send a couple of diagrams or show you the way I have wired mine in.
Have you thought about fitting HID's?
Where abouts in Derbyshire are you?

Backpac's - Kriega R20

Hi Chaps, I need to start carrying my works 15 inch laptop between home and work on a more regular basis. It will not fit in my topbox and I am not sure I want a bigger one. I have used a normal backpac / rucsac but always found them uncomfortable on a bike but have started to look at these again as...

I have a DSLR and a couple of lenses that I would like to take with me on a trip and was interested in how you chaps manage this?

Cheers
