I had the top vent constantly 'letting by' my Neotec was sent back to Federax where a new top vent was put on and checked ( helmet was bought from Helmet City)
the only rain I seem to get inside the Neotec appears to come from the chin vent, it has to be heavy rain and usually motorway speeds.

Both of those bike are on my next bike list, both are good bikes. get a test ride if possible and hope you enjoy which ever you choose.
The S10 has the slight edge for me personally.

I really enjoyed our trip through the Mosel last easter, despite the bloody cold. No off roading for us though just enjoyed the roads and the scenery. Looking forward to going back to Germany in 2014
