Do any of the users of custom moulded plugs with filters, such as the Mercury Custom linked above, use them with in-helmet speakers? If so, how audible are gps directions? I'm not bothered about music quality, but do want to hear navigation instructions.

I take a collapsible water bottle with me, and if possible buy one of the 4L (IIRC) square water bottles when I get there. Transferring the water into the collapsible bottle provides an empty pee bottle, recyclable, and of adequate capacity and neck diameter
