try straight line routing for a change, just take any road that looks interesting as long as its going in the right direction! Gets you a much more interesting journey and doesn't switch your brain off

What bike and what do you want to run? Some bikes have spare ways on the fuse box, so that is a better way to go than inline sockets. Relays are good for high loads, for just a GPS it's not necessary. I don't run any high load accessories (and my accessory sockets are generic, so i cant plug anythin...

I think you need two! I have a Rab 3+ season that I have used for over 10 years and on top of icecaps. I also have a cumulus down summer bag (rated to 0 degrees) which is tiny(probably less than a quarter of the other one in a compression sack, I don't need a compression sack for the cumulus). speed limits are low and strictly enforced. I saw hardly any police in Norway (although I stuck to smaller roads). Be as attentive as usual and you should be ok. They may be strict when they are enforcing them but the roads are not strictly enforced if you see what I mean. I met people on bigger ro...

I was looking for a 300mm disk the other week (to fit on an EXC wheel to use with my 690). I ended up finding a Husaberg disk on ebay which cost me the princely sum of £15 :)

I did it last year and I did ferry to Denmark, bridge to Sweden, gravel roads to Norway! On the way back I did the ferry to Denmark and came back from the netherlands. The Norway-Denmark and Denmark-Norway ferries did not sync! When I looked there was still the option of trying to hop on the freight...
