I'm 40 and only been riding just over three years. Just got a Triumph Explorer to sit alongside my Triumph Speedmaster. Ridden in the US a couple of times and one tour into Europe under my belt. Looking forward to many more years of fun with the wife as pilly on the back

Be careful with the ride another bike insurance. I was with Carole Nash and recall that it only covered you third party on any other bike, not fully comp.
I guess the issue with riding a family member bike is that you could be doing it on a regular basis and therefore should really be insured on ...

Thanks guys. I'm sure we all feel our bikes are the best thing since sliced bread and a lot of it is down to size and shape of the rider plus budget, along with what we want the bike to do. I look forward to avid debate and personal opinion (backed by experience of course

Just wanted to say hi. Just joined the forum. Don't have an adventure bike yet but looking to get one this year. Will no doubt be seeking advice and experience of the bikes I'm looking at.
