When shopping around for Ins on my CRF1000L I put in Zero for voluntary excess to see what would happen. The premium went down a fair bit. So I tried it on some other sites & the same happened. No more £250 voluntary excess.

Heard the Bently club were taking over 100 Bentlys round last weekend. They'd fill up every passing place!

Mate put an iridium plug in his 650 & it cut out every time he slowed for passing places. Put the original plug back in & she ran as sweet as a nut.

The Bikers Cove, South Queensferry, just under the rail bridge do a good bacon roll if you're taking a photo stop.

Aye, loads of the new UK-Euro floating about now.
The rain hit for the trip home. Wouldn't be Scotland without it. And the zip went on my Spada waterproof jacket too.

Just back from an off-piste trip based on going anti-clockwise round the NC500. Already done JoG so headed up over Bonnar Bridge, Lairg, Altnaharra, Strathnaver to Tongue. All the local accommodation was booked up. Visited Croick church where Highlanders sheltering from the weather during the Cleara...
