Hi WIBO
Just wondering on the dates - on page 1 you mention the return as 21st or 24th Oct. Would this mean an early exit back to the port or is the plan to be in the area anyway? Appreciate there probably isn’t a plan at this point but just trying to keep the Mrs on side!!
Cheers, John

Hi Keith, I’m definitely interested in joining you and the other nutters on the next trip. The ride report is brilliant and really gives a flavour of what to expect. Cheers, John No problem John......monitor the thread to see what's what every now and then ....I might die or something in-between th...

Re: Newbie from Northumberland
Hi Steve, I've not ventured into Scotland yet but will add it to the list. Mick, I think I'll be joining the TRF shortly. I'm expecting some Karoo 3's to turn up next week which should help, and just been squeezing in some local lanes that I used to do in the landrover but over time I'm planning to ...

Re: Newbie from Northumberland
Hi folks!
That picture is the Forest Drive in Kielder. A nice long gravel track through the forest and into Kielder village. Can't remember how long it is but it forms part of a nice loop round that area B)
Here's another pic (I take lots  )

Hi Steve,
Cheers, you may well do... the Forest Drive was my first ride off road with the bike. Nice route that I've done loads on the mountain bike that I probably rode slower with a motor!

Newbie from Northumberland
Hi all, Thought I should post after lurking here for a while reading lots of good things. I've got an XT660z with some additions on that seem to encourage me towards some muddy tracks  I'm fairly new to motorbikes but been riding mountain bikes forever, and sold my landrover to pay for the bik...
