The T-Max is very popular but they demand very high prices on the second hand market and I don't fancy anything o...

I always ride with the sheepskin on, saves me from bum ache, keeps it cool(ish) in the summer and warm in the winter.

Re: Benelli TRK 502

Went and had a look at these in our local KTM/Kawasaki/Benelli dealer and to be honest I was quite impressed. Have t had a test ride but from what I can see and from their popularity across mainland Europe they look like a bargain.

Re: Solo touring and off road (e.g. tet), small ADV bike suggestions

I've had the Tenere and it was great, excellent on the road and in capable hands (not me) it will do everything most sane people would want. Loved it and would have another. I've currently got the Himalayan and it does everything the Tenere did but at a slower pace whilst giving much better fuel eco...

Re: The Royal Enfield Himalayan ,great value.

For anyone who thinks these bikes might be dull, they're not. I chased Nathan Millward on his the full distance of the rollercoaster at sweet lamb a few months ago and i was on my KTM 300 TPI. Yes the back of his Himalyan was all over the place, but he was really going on it. Don't think you're gon...

Re: The Royal Enfield Himalayan ,great value.

Well spotted Mick, it's lovely up there. The Himalayan is a great bike for the money but I do wish it was a 600/650 sometimes.
