Afternoon all, The forecast is glorious and whilst my new garden could really do with four days work I'm heading off tonight down to Dorset on the bike. My plan is to set up base camp in Wareham and ride the TET from Sussex to Devon without my gear on the back. Anyone else got an adventure planned ...

It sometimes seems like I'm mainly listening to old classics because the musicians have just died. Tragically we have now lost Roger Charlerey (Ranking Roger) of The Beat (and sometimes the Specials etc). Saw them several times at festivals. Probably my favourite ska band. He was only 56 years old ...

Everything moves on and as things grow in popularity the nature of the beast is it will become more commercial, but at that point the venue dictates which caterers you use and what beer suppliers you use and the charm (and my hard earned) is gone. It certainly is, Jon. Definitely doable on a Harley, though some of the roads will be pretty rough (but still tarmacked).
