Re: Goretex Suit Query

Over the years of testing gear at ABR I've found that, just like boots, jackets and trousers need to be worn in for them to be as comfortable as possible. I've worn countless jackets and trousers that have felt too restrictive (some so much so that sitting on a saddle was almost impossible), but on ...

Thanks for that.
I'll have a look at the others too!
Hey Fubbytucker (great name btw), camping is sorted as you arrive. To be guaranteed a camping spot next to each other, best to turn up together. See you there!

Re: ABR TomTom Brecon Beacons Discovery Route files

Thanks for the heads up Bikenav. The route in the gpx. file was created with Google Maps, so it'd be strange for that to route it down an illegal road. We're at Motorcycle Live this week, but will check the gpx. file as soon as we can and make any nessesary changes.

Re: ABR TomTom Brecon Beacons Discovery Route files

Thank you... and whilst we're on the subject, where, please, are the downloadable route files for the trips in the "TomTom-Guide-to-Motorcycling-in-Britain" you recently highlighted? You can find all of the routes by downloading the guide here: https://www.adventurebikerider.com/tomtom-guide Once y...

Re: Only a Fantasy for me.

Welcome to the forum Schony! Don't have regrets about what you haven't done, look forward to what you can do! You don't need to ride around the world to have a great, fulfilling time on two wheels. Despite spending the last five years riding around the UK for routes in ABR magazine, there are still ...
