Be warned - the Tiger is awesome....... but is best left on the side stand unless you need to lube/adjust the chain. Getting it on the centre stand is a right pita (much more so than for other bikes i have owned - not sure why)! A weekend test ride sounds perfect - let us know how you get on. Sent ...

+1 for going to a Go Outdoors shop. You will see a decent enough range of tents to let you establish what you don't want as well as clues to what you do. They keep some RAB sleeping bags so again a view of what size/bulk money buys. Do not walk out with a tent and bag under your arm ---- !!!! :laug...
