It was above 40 deg/c every day and at worst 48deg/c in the area around Foum Zguid. Carrying plenty of water was an issue. Sprout, I agree with you, but the policies I've looked into exclude 'off road'. Don't really want to get into a debate about what is and isn't with an insurance company when I'm on some dusty trail with a need for assistance.
