Re: Fuel probs France

No fuel problems in the southern Gers, down near the Pyrenees, mind you we are pretty rural. There weren't any problems last time either. Postie still working, schools still open, can't say we've seen anything different to normal, but as I say, we are very rural. As to the card problem, we have trou...

Re: 'Gilets Jaunes' Protests in France

Really don't get this protest, who are they actually hurting? Macron is sitting nice and warm in Paris and doesn't have a clue that I wasted 90 minutes of my life on the A64 last night. The first protest we saw at a peage south of Toulouse was fair enough, 20 or so folk having fun, smiling and wavin...

Re: KLX 250

Just to hopefully help out a bit, my other half has KLX250 which she loves. She passed her test a couple of years ago and since we moved to France she's used it on and off road. Re: Wanted Garmin Montana

Thanks very much for the offer, but I can buy a new one for about £20 more over here.

Budget is around £200, pretty much what they have gone for on eBay.

Thanks again

Re: Need some good insoels for plantar fasciitis?

I had PF for about a year, no idea what caused it, although it really flared up when I started coaching (and kicking footballs) again after about 3 years. I tried custom insoles, which turned out to be useless according to the second podiatrist I visited. They modified them, which helped a little......

Wanted Garmin Montana

Looking for a Garmin Montana, if anyone is looking to part with one, don't mind which model, or if it doesn't come with any maps installed.

Thanks

Re: Husqvarna 701

I think the same about PCP's (JB) but we are a very fortunate but also an ageing generation and as such are not the target 'modern consumer'. PCP's will soon become the endowment policy or PPI of yesteryear and will come crashing down when the dealers can't move on the 'off contract' bikes because ...

It's not like recklessly lending money to people when they can't afford it, ever got anyone into trouble, is it?
