just cut a few timber wedges at different angles and hammer in a few inches apart and this will ease the bead down , dont use wd 40 just soap will work. the tyres are hard and will give way place the wheel on an old car tyre so the tyre can drop down .

what are you trying to do just adjust pressure, slime will do it but may block the valve . its ok with a garage air line but struggles with a little pump to clear the valve

its the oil slipping the clutch you should change it to semi not full slippy it just to sticky and stays on the plate to much , standard car oil will be fine no posh stuff . its not in there long enough to break down . as for tyres go back to the correct size and the problem will go away . how many ...
