The other mate we go out with has a KTM 400 EXC, which is a great bike.

Re: SWM RS300R

My mate and I think the SWM RS300R are excellent. It has heaps of torque and great suspension. On the road it's better than I thought it would be, you could ride it as far as you could ride any other bike in this category. We both feel that the seat is designed as an instrument of torture, it's like...

SWM RS300R

My mate and I have just bought the above subject bikes after the test ride of all test rides. We had a look at these bikes a Belfast motorcycle show. The guy who ran the stand(Richard) was extremely helpful and gave use a mass of information on the RS300R. I said the proofs in the riding, but that w...

KLR 650 TEST

I finally got my KLR650 out after doing work on it between hospital visits. I know it's a very short and sedate video, but I can't afford physically, to fall off it just yet

Hope this works.

Re: Changing brands, and why?

Just sold a BMW R1100GS and its Replacement is a Sporty little Suzuki. Why? Felt like a complete change. Watch this space. Still shaking off the feeling of being a BMW person. My brand loyalty goes to MZ, I've had a few and my current little 251 is a keeper. Had it 3 years, love the bike, the brand...

Re: Changing brands, and why?

I've never owned a BMW, KTM or Triumph. In the early days I couldn't afford a BMW, KTM warn't in the frame and Triumph were a dose. I had Honda, Suzuki and Kwak's then. Today when funds are a bit more accessible, I still can't justify £16k for a BMW or KTM, and Triumph have just recently star...

Re: Last thing you bought because it was cheap, but didn't need.

Just bought a plasma cutter of ebay from Germany. I've no idea how it works, but thought it was cheap..
I'm just going to end up with lots of small bits of metal in the garage, if I can work it :woohoo:
