Re: Lady Rambler , going to speak to the Council.

Many, many years ago when mtb's started to become popular I got a Raleigh from Halfords and started to explore the bridleways of Norfolk, because it's so quiet here very few problems but I remember at the time we were all going to destroy the countryside  I even booked an appoitment with rights ...

Some of the less used lanes in Norfolk are becoming overgrown .
Looks like one I tried to ride my mtb along last year  I gave up!
Advantage of Norfolk it's quiet, disadvantage some bridlepaths are like that!

Re: Klim Overshell Pants - Caution

I have Klim Latitude jacket and trousers, not the latest model? Poppers on trousers are if anything too tight, that's good! Overall good suit but Velcro on jacket is crap, neck strap is always coming undone!
I bought it because I wanted quality LAMINATED Goretex not for the brand name!

Re: Scum !!!

Apparently most of the dumping is done by companies saving money on waste disposal, problem is if the rubbish is traced back to your address and the firm you use don`t have the paper work to say they disposed of it properly . . . I get a waste disposal certificate to say our waste company dispose of...

Re: Air Ambulance petition

I’m inclined to the independent route. The RNLI manage exceedingly well and there is more likelihood of Joe Public needing the air ambulance. As soon as any government gets their hands on it it will go the way of police and ambulance funding....down, down, down. Talking to a guy in RNLI when I visi...

Re: Aldi today GT85...£1.99

Thanks for the heads. up, just got 3 tins, fine for bicycle chain and I find it's a better libricant than WD, makes black engine nice and shiny :D
WD is good at driving out moisture and great for getting paint off your hands, just takes a while to wash WD off
