Recommend a town for overnight stay 50 miles from Killarney

Hi, will be staying in Killarney during the summer, then doing Ring of Kerry next day, so looking for a town perhaps 50 miles or so NE of Killarney to spend the next night on way back to catch Belfast ferry

KLIM Badlands or Latitude work for me, and TCX Infinity Goretex boots, the boots are comfy, and 100% waterproof as you would expect.
Helmets....well that’s another thread to itself....LOL

Howdy, where about in Scotland are you ? Tours a plenty on your doorstep, many of which you will likely be familiar with. I’d recommend the borders around Langholm, accessible from Moffat on the west or from Hawick on the east, similarly out by the Gairloch on the west, take in Applecross, Strathcar...

As i understand it, if you’re inside the course you can freely move around on the green lanes. If on the inside then of course you are limited to a couple of roads, and can’t leave until roads open. If spectate on outside then you can move around the entire circuit, with exception of inability to p...
