Do you know what the problem is? Is it not starting up or not working in any other way?

Amazon has 30 day return policy so I would send it back straight away. Weird tho that on your friends charger it charges. But then it's electronics so there is a chance that some items just don't work.

Already discussed the duration with my friends and we originally thought 2-3 weeks max. This will be our 5-yearly trip :cheer: and so we want to enjoy it.
