The company, which has been operating motorcycle tours since 2005, initially ran European adventures only, but an increase in demand has seen it add Morocco, Southern India, Himalaya and Nepal to its impressive portfolio of destinations, with plans to offer trips to the Arctic Circle, Vietnam and South America in the next five years.

Due to its expansion, British Bike Tours is looking to recruit a full-time tour guide to lead groups of ABRs on adventures in Europe, India, the Himalaya and Nepal, help plan and organise motorcycle trips, recce new routes in new countries and support riders on tour, alongside other responsibilities such as promoting the company’s destinations.

“This is a very exciting opportunity which rarely occurs within the motorcycle travel industry,” says company director Peter Milburn.

“If you love travel, motorcycles and adventure then this could well be the job for you. It’s hard work, but the rewards in terms of experience and enjoyment are immeasurable – it certainly beats working in an office!”

British Bike tours is offering the successful candidate a one-year fixed term contract (renewable depending on performance) with a 20k salary, plus bonuses, and access to one of the company’s bikes.

To apply, send a CV, the completed skills matrix form and 300-word covering letter explaining why you think you’d make a good tour guide to:
