11 Nov – Ride of Respect
Motorcyclists across the country will gather to take part in the ‘Ring of Red’ on both the M25 (London) and M60 (Manchester). Both rides will be held as part of Remembrance Sunday, with the community raising money for charity in support of those who have lost their lives in war. On each route, riders will travel in a circle across their respected location to form a poppy as a sign of respect.
WHEN ‘N’ WHERE:
Both rides take place on Sunday, 11 November. There are various meeting points around both locations that are detailed on the official website www.therideofrespect.co.uk.
HOW:
No registration needed. All you have to do is turn up on the day at one of the two locations’ starting points. A voluntary donation is suggested.
17 – 25 Nov – Motorcycle Live
The biggest motorcycle show in the UK is once again returning to the NEC in Birmingham. This is the place where you catch all the newest motorcycle clothing and accessories from manufacturers.
Most excitingly, there’s the chance to see 2019’s motorcycle models, alongside the opportunity to try out the latest adventure bikes.
There will be numerous bike experiences available, including: Yamaha’s Dark Side MT Tour, Harley-Davidson Jumpstart, Experience Adventure, Test Ride Zone, and the brand-new for 2018 live experience; Moto-Cirque.
Best of all, ABR will be attending the event, so feel free to drop by our stand and say hello.

WHEN ‘N’ WHERE:
17-25 November at the NEC in Birmingham – North Ave, Marston Green, Birmingham, B40 1NT. The show runs between 9 am and 5 pm on weekends and 10 am and 5 pm Monday-Friday.
HOW:
Advanced tickets are available online for £19.50, with concessions for children 11-16 (just £1) and seniors (£12). Children at the age of 10 and under gain free admittance. Adult tickets on the day cost £25.

25 Nov – Malvern Drive-In Classic Car & Bike Autojumble
A classic car and motorcycle autojumble that is expected to feature over 100 stalls of ‘hard-to-find’ motorcycle parts, accessories, tools, manuals, merchandise, paints, vintage items, signs, clothing, and more.
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own classic motorbikes to be displayed at the event, however, due to space, there may be a limit on the number of vehicles allowed on site.
This is the last Malvern show of 2018 – so expect big crowds. You never know, you may even snap up an early Christmas present for someone.
WHEN ‘N’ WHERE:
Held at the Three Counties Showground, Malvern, WR13 6NW on Sunday, 25 November between the time of 10 am-3 pm.
HOW:
Adults can gain entry for the price of £7, whereas children aged between 7-14 are priced at £2.50. Register online at www.classicshows.org.
1 Dec – Southern Classic Off-Road Show
Another final event of the year. The Southern Classic Off-Road Show will bring together a wide selection of jumble stalls and trade stands offering deals on lots of different motorcycle items and project bikes.
This particular event will feature Ted Davis’ and Ernest Allen’s famed Black Lightning/Watsonian sidecar outfit. On top of this, Ace Café London will also be offering a prize for the ‘Best Flat Tracker’.
WHEN ‘N’ WHERE:
Taking place on the 1 December. Early birds are available on-site from 7:45 am, with general admission from 9:30 am. Held at Kempton Park Racecourse, Middlesex TW16 5AQ
HOW:
Pay on the day for general admission or book through www.kemptonparkautojumble.co.uk. £7 Adult, £6 child/OAP. Any traders/sellers gain entry from 5:45 am, with plots available for £28 (pre-book only).
7 – 9 Dec – ABR Yule Tide Rally 2018
Entering its sixth year, the ABR Yule Tide Rally is expected to be another packed outing. In the meet-up, two motorcycle rides will take place (on-road and off) during the weekend, alongside camping, and an auction night.
Breakfast is available on-site (£6) as well as an evening meal (£5) cooked by the friendly organiser Devon John. The venue also features a fire pit and offers real ale, cider, coffee and tea. The group give any profits to the air ambulance, with £1,065 raised last year.
WHEN ‘N’ WHERE:
Located at the Ultimate Adventure Centre, Abbotsham, near Bideford, North Devon, E39 5AP. The event will run from 7-9 December. Organisers will be on-site from early on the first day.
HOW:
