15 JUL – Conrad’s Ride and Festival

Conrad’s Ride is a family-friendly festival set in the countryside of Warwickshire. The event is an annual motorcycle event launched in memory of Private Conrad J Lewis, killed in Afghanistan on 9 February 2011, with all proceeds being donated to the 353 Trust who support injured soldiers, families of the bereaved and other military charities. This year’s event promises to be even better than before, with more bikes and more bands.

When ‘N’ Where: The event takes place on 15 July and the rideout meeting point will be the Old Lemingtonians Rugby Football Club, in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire (CV32 6QP).

16 JUL – World’s Largest all Female Biker Meet

After a very successful event held in 2015, which smashed the world records for ‘largest all-female biker meet’ and ‘most women riding motorcycles at once’, this fantastic event is returning bigger than ever with the hope to break the world record again with over 1,000 women. Gents, families and kids are very welcome to come and join in on the fun, and all proceeds will be donated to charity.

When ‘N’ Where: The meet will take place on 16 July, at Lynn’s Raven Cafe, Prees Heath, Whitchurch, Shropshire (SY13 2AF).

30 JUL – Bexhill MotoFest

A family-friendly day-festival bringing all things biking, music and fun in the sun (fingers crossed) at the Great British seaside. The day will be filled with heaps of enjoyable entertainment such as stunt shows and motorcycle exhibitions, plus live music from many great acts, bringing you a fantastic lineup of music for every taste. Hundreds of town centre parking for bikes will be available, and over 50 cafes, pubs and restaurants will be open throughout the town serving up tasty nosh.

When ‘N’ Where: The event is free to attend and takes place on 30 July at De La Warr Pavilion, Bexhill on Sea, East Sussex (TN40 1DP).

19 AUG – 1 SEP – Bennetts Classic TT

A spin-off from the famous Isle of Man TT, this event gives fans and enthusiasts the chance to experience the history of the world’s biggest motorcycle road race. Watch stars of today’s TT race on the famous Mountain Course riding bikes, that would otherwise be confined to museums and private collections. Not only is there incredible racing, but set in the grandstand paddock you can enjoy mingling, entertainment, many trade stands, and a friendly and laid-back atmosphere. In the evening, there is dinner and dancing for those who want to cut a few shapes out on the dance floor.

When ‘N’ Where: The event takes place at the Isle of Man TT racecourse from 19 August – 1 September with ticket options starting from £5.

25 – 27 AUG – Nick Sanders Mach 2.5

Music, films, rideouts and a whole load of dancing – what’s not to love? Situated on the southern edge of Snowdonia the weekend will bring nothing but spectacular riding on the mass rideout along some of the finest small back road routes in the UK. With pleasant facilities, a ‘garden party’ atmosphere and some fantastic grub on offer, along with great bands and entertainment, you’ll have a super time at this event.

When ‘N’ Where: The event takes from 25-27 August in Machynlleth, Wales, and tickets are on sale at £18 per person. Camping pitches will be available for small tents in the field adjacent to the centre and bell tents for four-six people are available to hire for £160.

8 – 10 SEP – ABR West Wales Rally

Join us and other like-minded bikers for one of the best weekend events of the year… Not that we’re biased or anything. The event starts on the Friday night with a few beers around the firepit. Saturday morning starts with an all-important bacon butty feasting session, followed by a series of quality rideouts through the spectacular picturesque Welsh countryside. After a great day’s riding, the evening will bring a fantastic homemade cawl, followed by a charity raffle and a good old-fashioned knees up to live music. All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to The Veterans foundation.

When ‘N’ Where: The event will take place from 8-10 September and will be held at West Hook Farm, Haverfordwest, Wales (SA62 3BJ).

How: This year’s fee for the cawl will be £12 (payable in advance via PayPal), bacon butties will be available Saturday and Sunday morning for £1.50 per butty. The camping fee is around £7.50 per night and is bookable via West Hook Farm. For more info, head over to www.bit.ly/2rzISXK
