Looking for an excuse to get out on the bike this summer? We’ve got you covered…
15 JUL – Conrad’s Ride and Festival
Conrad’s Ride is a family-friendly festival set in the countryside of Warwickshire. The event is an annual motorcycle event launched in memory of Private Conrad J Lewis, killed in Afghanistan on 9 February 2011, with all proceeds being donated to the 353 Trust who support injured soldiers, families of the bereaved and other military charities. This year’s event promises to be even better than before, with more bikes and more bands.
When ‘N’ Where: The event takes place on 15 July and the rideout meeting point will be the Old Lemingtonians Rugby Football Club, in Leamington Spa, Warwickshire (CV32 6QP).
After a very successful event held in 2015, which smashed the world records for ‘largest all-female biker meet’ and ‘most women riding motorcycles at once’, this fantastic event is returning bigger than ever with the hope to break the world record again with over 1,000 women. Gents, families and kids are very welcome to come and join in on the fun, and all proceeds will be donated to charity.
When ‘N’ Where: The meet will take place on 16 July, at Lynn’s Raven Cafe, Prees Heath, Whitchurch, Shropshire (SY13 2AF).
How: The event is free to attend but if you or anyone you know would be interested in donating prizes for the raffle please get in touch with the organisers. For full details, head over to the World’s Largest all Female Biker Meet 2017 Facebook page (www.bit.ly/2s5mhiU).

Watch stars of today’s TT race on the famous Mountain Course riding bikes, that would otherwise be confined to museums and private collections. Not only is there incredible racing, but set in the grandstand paddock you can enjoy mingling, entertainment, many trade stands, and a friendly and laid-back atmosphere. In the evening, there is dinner and dancing for those who want to cut a few shapes out on the dance floor.
When ‘N’ Where: The event takes place at the Isle of Man TT racecourse from 19 August – 1 September with ticket options starting from £5.
Music, films, rideouts and a whole load of dancing – what’s not to love? Situated on the southern edge of Snowdonia the weekend will bring nothing but spectacular riding on the mass rideout along some of the finest small back road routes in the UK. With pleasant facilities, a ‘garden party’ atmosphere and some fantastic grub on offer, along with great bands and entertainment, you’ll have a super time at this event.

After a great day’s riding, the evening will bring a fantastic homemade cawl, followed by a charity raffle and a good old-fashioned knees up to live music.
