5-7 May – Touratech Travel Event

Thousands of bikers flock from all over the world to enjoy a weekend of camping, socialising, good food, and exciting workshops and ride-outs, all in the heart of the Brecon Beacons. Over 30 exhibitors will be there, showing off the very latest kit, along with all your favourite motorbike manufacturers such as BMW, Ducati, Honda, Triumph, KTM, and more.

When ‘N’ where: 5 -7 May, at Touratech HQ, Woodlands Business Park, Ystradgynlais, South Wales, SA9 1JW.

25-29 MAY – Mach 2 – The motorcycle festival

After the success of Mach 1 last year, the motorcycle festival is back for 2017. Spread out over five days, the event is packed full of fun and games, as well as live music, ride-outs, great food and, most interestingly, the Nick Sanders Adventure Quest clue-based treasure hunt. There’ll also be plenty of quality cider and beer on-site, as well as an impressive cinema tent which is bound to provide you with entertainment and inspiration.

When ‘N’ where: 25 – 29 May, in (in Nick’s words) a field near Machynlleth, Wales. Postcode: SY20 8NR.

How: Festival and camping tickets are on sale at www.themotorbikefestival.co.uk where you’ll find two types of tickets: one day, which is £35, or the full five days, which is just £65.

1-4 JUN -Haggs All-Terrain Adventure 2017

Set in the stunning hills of Alston, you can enjoy three thrilling days of hands-on training, evenings of live music, bonfires and great food – what’s not to like? Experts will be on hand to help you brush up on your navigation and orienteering skills, and practice off-road and river crossings, to ensure your next motorbiking adventure is nothing but a success.

When ‘N’ where: 1 -4 June, at Haggs Bank Bunkhouse and Campsite, Nentsberry, Alston, CA9 3LH.

How: Tickets cost £129 for a space in the bunkhouse or £99 for a camping spot. Both prices also include your food for the weekend, all activities and entertainment, along with a free t-shirt!

11 JUN – BikeFest South

A fun-filled day in the grounds of Goodwood where you can test ride bikes, polish your skills, and enjoy a fantastic day out. Get great deals on new and used bikes, grab yourself a bargain at one of the many trade stands offering their latest kit and innovations, and enjoy talks by inspirational guest speakers. All this along with live music and top nosh makes for a cracking day out.

When ‘N’ where: From 8:30 am to 5 pm, at Goodwood Motor Circuit, Chichester, PO18 0PX

11 JUN – Triumph Bike Day

A friendly get together with other like-minded bikers at the world-famous Ace Café, in London. Have a good old natter with other Triumph riders, check out everyone’s rides, and grab yourself some quality grub and a brew whilst you’re there. You could also be in with the chance of winning a pair of tickets to the café’s annual Elvis tribute night!

When ‘N’ where: 9 am to 5 pm on 11 June, at Ace Café, Ace Corner, North Circular Road, Stonebridge, London, NW10 7UD.

16-18 JUN – The Farmyard Party

The Farmyard Party is a motorcycle rally set within the glorious landscapes of Hemsley and has been going strong since 1987. The event offers bikers shed loads of day and night entertainment, including live music across four main stages, and comedy shows. It’s free to camp, so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy all the great food and drink in the (huge) party marquee.
