The successful candidate will have experience in sales, a passion for business development, and a determination to succeed in whatever they do.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting new clients
  • Using the telephone to build relationships, set appointments and generate business
  • Outbound contact via calls and emails
  • Managing a full pipeline using our CRM system
  • Meeting sales targets
  • Working towards wider targets and incentives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Managing the delivery of campaigns
  • Representing the business at industry shows and exhibitions

Experience and skills needed:

  • Previous experience in an outbound sales role is required
  • Ability to motivate yourself to reach and smash targets and goals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ambition to built and maintain client relationships
  • Attention to detail
  • Account management skills
  • Drive to succeed
  • Negotiating skills and the ability to identify and close the sale

Salary: £24,000 + uncapped commission
