Survey reveals most common causes of road rage for motorcyclists
Written by Rob Slade

When people speak of road rage, generally we tend to think of angry car drivers beeping their horns and shouting expletives at other road users (the now infamous Ronnie Pickering comes to mind).

But, dealer chain Jennings Harley Davidson decided to flip this idea on its head and delve into the road rage of motorcyclists with a recent survey with some interesting findings.

Watch: Dirt bike goes head to head with pickup across Australia
Written by Rob Slade

If you're reading this, chances are two-wheels is your preffered method of travel. And with the progression of the adventure motorcycling industry, there are now loads of capable bikes that are able to take you across all manner of terrain.

But, there are also those who, whether you think it's blasphemy or not, choose not to take on such mammoth journeys in the saddle and instead opt for four wheels instead of two. The question is, which copes better?

Well, that’s exactly what the guys at production company Motology Films wanted to find out. So they took two KTM 300EXCs and a Mitsubishi Triton pickup truck on a 7,200km (4,473 miles) adventure from Perth to the Kimberley region in Western Australia.

On the ABR forum: The Honda CRF250L or the Suzuki DRZ400S?
Written by Rob Slade

It's been a relatively quiet week on the forum in the sense that most of the threads have actually been about touring and motorcycles as opposed to current affairs.

Among the highlights are questions about tyre choices, touring in France and which is the best green lane machine out of the Honda CRF250L and the Suzuki DRZ400S. Can you help anyone out?

Watch: Police pull over biker, Bavarian style
Written by Bryn Davies

All to often the internet provides us with footage that shows the law in a bad light, but in this video we catch a glimpse of the Bavarian police's enforcement style when they pull over a motorcyclist.

The biker was riding his dirt bike without a license plate (though he didn't realise, honest) and fails to pull over at the request of the curious gents behind him. As he attempts his own version of The Great Escape, the German fuzz have no problem catching up with him, where they block off his route and begin the process of apprehending him.

Watch: An epic tour of Central and South America in under 2 minutes
Written by Bryn Davies

We all love to ride, and we all love adventure bikes, but for most of us it's hard to find the time to get out into the wilderness and see the world. Work, family and finances all do their best to keep us at home, so it's exhilarating to see videos of those who are out there and doing it.

And if there's anyone who knows how to put together a video that makes you want to get out and ride, it's Tolga Basol. This guy's been riding around the world for two years now, covering just shy of 26,000 miles on his KTM 1190 Adventure R, and throughout his journey he has been putting together some pretty awesome clips. This one gives us a quick run down of touring through Central and South America, showcasing the incredible scenery, the exciting roads and the many river crossings that Tolga had to battle with.
