If you're into 'adventure' or 'touring' motorcycles, have a passion for travel and find yourself spending far too much time on websites... sign in and say hi. It would be good to hear from you.
Triumph have released yet another tantalising video unveiling yet more detail of the new 800 Adventure.
The long drawn out run up the launch of the new bike has been one of both frustration and anticipation as the company dangle fleeting glimpses in what has become a two wheeled dance of the seven veils.
Looks good from what I could see. Good to see the Brits taking on the Adventure Bike market. Watch this space eh? Will Adventure Bike Rider be getting a test ride soon?
True the marketing is being drawn out - but must be working as I have put off changing my bike from the autumn into next year so I can have a serious look at the baby tiger. A lot will depend on price and levels of kit etc, but if it can sneak under the cost of a GS800 and goes as well as it looks in the vid, hmmm....

New Triumph
Base price ex ABS is going to be circa £7600 (ABS £880) Road version has 19" allys and the off road 21" spoked. Looks spookily like the F800GS from the pics in MCN but the triple engine will be a stormer if it's tuned for torque like the new Speed Triple. I've got my name down for a road test with Three Cross in Wimbourne and will let you all know what its like as soon as.
