KTM 990 Adventure - Gordon's Well Dunes
Does the KTM Adventure do sand? On this evidence you'd be able to cross the Sahara in a couple of hours. Note to myself; must get one for the next trip to Margate with the kids As the rider himself says....... I finally paddled up my 990 and took it to the sand - it was a really soft day there, the wind had blown a LOT = difficult to ride on a 500+ pound beast. I have a LOT more respect for the Dakarists who muscled these things through the dunes in Africa with no paddle tires.

Now that's what I call having fun in the sand, not as good as a bucket and spade, but getting there.
