Where to start. I don't think there isn't a type of bike I don't want, but I really like old retro and classic bikes, so I serpose I would like to get one fo the first Dakar bikes and restor one.
When I did my first 1000 mile trip around scotland, the roads Between Durness and Ullapool where a highlight for me.

Worst Times
I had my bike stolen in the meadows in Edinburgh, but I got it back later after a police man found it in niddrie. When a valve on my bike blew just outside corbridge on the A68. When the compression went, I knew there was nothing I could do there. Esh Winning bikes came and picked me up within the hour for £50. So not all bad.

I've got a few different areas of Scotland I'd like to visit first, then when I pass my bike test I'll get a bigger bike and venture into Europe.
