Saw this a while ago, don't think some of it is fair on the bikes as a lot of the time they just compare these bikes to a completely different newer type of bike.

Couldn't agree more

whats the point of the opinion of someone who rides brand new bikes all year round, they'r always gonna say it doens't handle, underpowered etc etc, would be much more subjective if they then gave the bikes to say 3 newbies to adventure biking or to guys who haven't ridden for a while or ride say CB500's or similar to get an unbiased opinion. Every bike at that age is gonna be a compromise based on its condition rather than whether it is actually a good bike or not.
