Would love to make this but parents up for a few days.
Nick would you organise one early Sepotember (not first w/e as in Devon) . We did a brilliant run with you during the winter in and around Chatsworth House and up that mini 'pindale'. Any chance of doing that route again?

Let me know which day and I will do one. You would of been able to do this Sundays run on the big girl easy lanes if it don't rain on us

Nick. If Sunday's lanes are going to be easy any chance of sneaking me in your top box... I'm going insane here.

Blag will just see Phil as ballast to get the back wheel down more, he'll go faster!

Looking forward to tomorrow - even if the weather is looking bobbins.

How long will the ride last? I need to juggle kids and grandparents, so an idea of when we will finish will be helpful

Were heading straight down to Ashbourne and then straight back up, if that helps.

Every bone, muscle and joint in my body aches... and my partner wants to take me to A&E to get my ribs x-ray'd.

Thanks to everyone today for making my first foray into green laning such fun - even if I did manage to fall off three times, end up flat on my back in a river (well, ok, a stream) and manage to park my bike on top of a dry stone wall. I successfully managed not to to hit any sheep, cows, dogs or walkers along the way - which is a bonus.

Apart from my Acerbis Hand Guard falling off the DRZ stood up well to the abuse. Which is more than can be said for the Blackberry and Tom Tom which are now dead - so, very expensive day out.

Special thanks to Nick for organising everything and to Wayne for hanging round at the back to keep an eye on me more times than he should have needed to, and to Alan, Ten Bob and Daggy for reassuring me that everyone has to start off somewhere.

I think I'll give the 'Hard Way' a miss for the time being, but will keep my eyes peeled for the next 'Easy Way'

Dave
