The H Cafe near Berinsfield. Clicky this blue writing.

They have events some Sundays in the summer and a regular evening meet thing for bikers. All sorts go there and are welcome. Nice roads around there too. There is even a breaker's yard next door, a bike mechanic the other side and a bike accessories shop too. Top banana.

The H cafe is a nice half hour run for me and I've been there many times. Good place.

I don't know its exact name of the cafe, but in mid Wales, Cross Gates cafe behind the petrol station. You get hundreds of bikes there in the summer and brilliant roads to get to it too.
