Done the Stelvio twice once on a 955i triumph and 2 up on a Gsa last year.found i have differnt lines to most people espically german riders.For passes and bends get to canazei in the dolomities loads of great roads. Switzerland very good around adermatt but a bit pricey. Going to try Solvenia and Sardinia this year if i can get a bike and things improve. Will let you know. Stelvio on a K100 scraping pegs ect sounds like fun

Slovenia is lovely, got its own mountain passes/roads too. You won't be disappointed.
