Would just like to apologise to Sulaco 250 KTM & Sulaco+1 400 KTM for switching days to Saturday and not being able to make the ride. Hope you have a good day Sunday.

Riders for Saturday were:
NDC. 990 KTM
Sparkton 950 KTM
Campagman KTM 400
nibby 950 KTM

Started out from Monyash about 9.30am heading up north on a few easy lanes.
Well I say easy, they are when all the ruts are not full of water. Highstool lane was easy but Slough Lane had deep water filled ruts. We did find a pub but was a bit to early for it to be open.

Well off we went to find a few more lanes.

Time for a brew in Hope. Calling at the cafe in Hope village, parked our bikes out side the cafe and finding them still there when we came out. We were lucky. Later on in the day we met 2 lads on Yams that had been in the same cafe just after we had been there and when they came out one of the bikes had been nicked. We sat outside, but if we had gone inside and eaten, one of our bikes could of gone.

Well on to pindale. Down then up.

This is what sparktonsbrake leaver looks like after hitting a rock up Pindale.

Thats the way, bend the brake leaver with a bar.

Perhaps not

From this point on sparkton was faster than all of us going down hill

Roych Clough

Time to turn back down south, and call in at Macclesfield Forest (Posh Nosh) for a brew before heading to Clough Brook ( Nibby got a bit wet ) Vid to follow.
Then off to Sparbent and the Three Shires Heads ( Both Ways ) my arms had given up by now and I just opened the throttle and hung on

Well thats that. Hope everyone had a good day's riding. I will post some vids up through the week ( Sorry Nibby ) I'm still laughing

Many thanks guy's for coming and keeping me company.
Till next time.
Cheers Nick

Nick, great day yesterday, cheers.

Next time I will turn around and wash the other side

Look forward to seeing the other footage? Did the one I took of you coming down Roych turn out?

Oh and I'm just a bit pleased you made that call to ride yesterday and not today!!

Nibby, not got that far yet. Just doing a few more vids but take ages to upload..
I'm glad we went yesterday. Sunday lie-in full English breakfast then off shopping in the afternoon to get some brownie points

Once again Nick, great photos and vids.

Got to say Im still p155ing myself after watching Nibby go for a bath on such an easy river crossing. That will keep me in ammo for months to come.

Wish I could have been there. And good call on bringing the ride forward a day. Been lousy all day today.

Another great day out, loved the whole day! Loads of new trails for me and great riding conditions. Loved the tricky stream exit route, 'route', (don't know what its called) but I will go back there and have an hour there alone.

I could also spend all day doing Three Shires Up and Down and still be happy.

Again, so glad we changed the day to Saturday as it would have made moods miserable in this weather and we would have got soaked..... ooops, Sorry Nibby!

Great photos and video as usual. Would love to see more.

My first time out on the peaks with the 950, and apart from that rock wall jumping out on me and reforming my rear brake pedal, I think things went pretty well.

Cheers.

Good call changing the day Nick as Sunday was horrible.
Great pics and vid too. Good old Pindale - I think I will open a shop at the top of that trail with spares, coffee and buns

Sure did do the right day change, Sunday was horribleness at it best.
If you open a cafe up there it will give the Police somewhere to sit while they wait for bikes coming up Pin Dale Apparently we just misses them and they were checking all bikes for faults etc. Should off been outside the cafe in Hope catching them thieving B********* who robbed that lads bike
