Hi, First ever blog, be gentle. My 1200gs has just had its 3rd. birthday. Off we went to the dealer for the MOT. Considering a 1200 Adventure for some more serious tours. So test test rode one whilst she was in. The changes to the engine and gear box has made a good machine even better. Smoother through the rev range especially in the lower gears. Pulls like a train, but smoother of course! Compared to my GS it has a lot more protection from the elements. Can there be anything bettter to tackle a long trip!? All things have to come to an...
