Traveling to Europe on hired bike - can't find insurance?

Hi, About to hire a bike in the uk and take to Europe for a long weekend but have found that my Nat west annual insurance will not cover as the bike is hired in the UK. So whilst the bike will be covered by the hire company I won't and finding it diffficult to find a company to provide the cover . The bike is 1600cc and this also creates problems it seems!Any help would be much appreciatedSimon ...
