I've got one of these stoves, which only gets used when i'm car camping. You can buy them in all different places for around a tenner.... sometimes with a can of gas included. Its very stable being flat and the gas is cheap, you can very often get 4 cannisters for £4.00 in cheapy shops. It also has an igniter built in and when you are not using it the gas cannister can be disconected but its still stored in its chamber.
The burner is quite wide so its no good for small camping pots. You should also make sure that the pot is not wider than the stove as there has been reports that if you use a wide pot the heat from the flame can get in the gas cannister chamber, with the obvious safety issue of cannisters possible exploding.
Good stove but too big to carry on a motorcycle.

Convenient stove

I've used this for several years. Packs up in it's own case with a gas canister. Easy to light with it's built in ignition - spent ages once looking for matches to light it and gave up as I clearly hadn't got any. Then remembered the built in ignition. Doh!

I nearly always use this when I'm camping with the bike in UK and Europe as replacement gas is cheap and easy to get hold of. It fits very neatly into my lower tank bag, it's quite a snug fit, another half centimetre wider and it would never fit. Top section of tank bag contains all additional cooking kit - pots, mug, cutlery etc. It all lives permanently in the tank bag so when I'm off on a trip, bung on the tank bag, sorted.

I would definitely recommend this stove - if you've got the space to pack it as it is bulky. I have seen a newer version of this which doesn't store the gas canister within the body of the stove and is consequently smaller.
